- Use a standing desk. Standing is better than sitting. you could even march in place at your standing desk.
- Take a walk on your lunch break. Even if you can’t get up and move around during the work day, getting up and taking a walk on your lunch is a great way to get fresh air and maybe even connect with a colleague.
