How To Get Bathing Suit Ready

Bathing suits and trampolines? How do they go together you may be wondering. Well, can give you tips on how to get bathing suit ready by using your in-ground or above-ground trampoline.

We know that spending time in a bathing suit can be a nerve-wracking event but you don’t want to miss out on the fun that can be hand poolside and in the pool. How much time do you have to devote to exercise? Do you want to be spending valuable free time at the gym? Does the idea of jogging or running make your knees and hips hurt? We get it!

How To Get Bathing Suit Ready

What we love about trampolines — and yes we do sell them, but we believe in them and their benefits — is that you can get in shape without fear of injury!

Here are our best tips

  1. Get rebounding. Yep, it’s that simple. Get out and use your trampoline. If you made the investment in one, you should reap the benefits it offers.
  2. Buy a trampoline. Whether you want an in-ground or an above ground trampoline (and it is a personal choice) you can start rebounding without any training!
  3. Get into a workout routine. It doesn’t matter if you rebound in the morning, at lunch time or after dinner — or all three! What matters is that you find a time to jump on your trampoline that works for you and that you can do regularly.
  4. Know that when you’re rebounding you are also strengthening your lungs and cardiovascular system. Rebounding also stimulates your lymphatic system and helps move and remove toxins from your body.
  5. You can jump on a trampoline regardless of your current level of activity. Talk with your doctor about wanting to use a trampoline and get his okay before you start a workout routine. Your doctor will likely agree that working out on a trampoline is a great way to ease back into health and fitness.

6 Reasons Trampoline Exercise is Great!

You know that exercising is important to your health. There is no doubt about that, right? That’s why we have put together 6 reasons trampoline exercise is great! There are many reasons people don’t exercise and they include:

  1. Being so out of shape that exercising is painful and injurious
  2. Not knowing where to start
  3. The weather is too hot and it can be dangerous (those who live in Arizona understand that.

Because exercise is critical to health and because you want to do it in a safe manner, there are reasons to exercise on an in-ground trampoline. As with any exercise, talk with your physician to ensure it is safe and that you’re healthy enough to undertake this type of exercise — we bet your doctor will approve of a low to no-impact workout.

6 Reasons Trampoline Exercise is Great!

  1. You won’t suffer knee or hip pain when you jump on a trampoline. Rebounding is “softened” by the trampoline taking your weight.
  2. When you workout on a trampoline you wont have to take days off or need downtime between workouts because you won’t be suffering any pain from the workout like you might from jogging or lifting weights.
  3. Low impact workouts are ideal for anyone who is just starting to workout and for anyone of any age.
  4. When rebounding you experience euphoria because you’re so weightless while you’re in the air. Rebounding also strengthens the lymphatic system and helps move and remove toxins from the body.
  5. You won’t dread a trampoline workout because it’s not painful and it’s fun.
  6. We can almost guarantee that when you buy a trampoline that you will continue to use it — unlike many home gym sets ups which get discarded and forgotten.
  7. Another benefit is that you’ll be outdoors and just being in nature has a beneficial effect on your mood and your health!

Resolutions For 2021 For Trampoline Owners

Yay! It’s the new year! If you’re like the rest of us, you were ready for a change from 2020 and the coronavirus. We have put together some resolutions for 2021 for trampoline owners that we think you will love!

If you have an inground or an above ground trampoline you already know how much fun they are. Sometimes, though people buy trampolines, then it doesn’t get used as much as you imagined it might — just like with swimming pool owners.

We want to make sure you get the most out of your brand new inground or above ground trampoline as you do out of the trampoline you may have owned for a while, but have not used as often a you should.

Whether you received a trampoline for a gift this season or want to get more use out of the trampoline you currently own, you might be wondering how to use it more, have more fun on it and enjoy it as much as your children do!

Resolutions For 2021 For Trampoline Owners

Consider these resolutions for the new year and breathing new life into your trampoline routine!

  • Remember that rebounding aka jumping, on an in-ground or above ground trampoline aids in healing and recovery. If you’re recovering from an injury and don’t want to be sedentary, your doctor may just approve a trampoline workout.
  • If you’re suffering balance issues, rebounding may help.
  • Jumping on a trampoline might reduce cellulite. The way that works is that jumping on a trampoline stimulates the lymphatic flow in the thighs and butt and that might reduce cellulite.
  • Your immune system and endocrine system may benefit because rebounding will help circulate and eventually remove excess toxins. Rebounding simply helps move toxins through your body and improves your lymphatic system and it’s a win all day!
  • Your cardiovascular system will benefit from rebounding because it supports blood flow and circulation.
  • You might lose weight. If that’s one of your resolutions, look at your trampoline as your partner in that journey! If you have excess pounds on your frame, an “on ground” workout might lead to an injury. Rebounding doesn’t put any stress or strain on your bones and joints and that means you can jump without fear of injury. Rebounding is a great way to work yourself up from “couch potato” to workout enthusiast.
  • Look online for exercises you can do while you’re on the in-ground or above ground trampoline. Don’t worry about getting too fancy; simply jumping is a great work out. Add wrist weights or waist weights to amp up the exercise you’re getting while you’re on the trampoline.

You may find that you look forward to your rebounding work out more than you have ever looked forward to an hour on the treadmill at the gym. If you look forward to a work out you will look forward to and that will be a workout you will likely stick with!

Talk with your doctor before you start your 2021 resolution of spending more time on the trampoline. He will probably give you the thumbs up, but it’s better to know for sure!

Are You Using Your Trampoline Even More?

“I’m bored…” How often have your children been saying that since the coronavirus pandemic hit and they are now forced to stay home and not see their friends? Are you using your trampoline even more? We know that many people are and that many more people are investing in trampolines for fun and exercise when they are staying home.

Using a trampoline is a great way for your children to burn off their energy and to get in shape (without even knowing it) and stave off boredom that comes from not being able to see their friends or go to school.

We also know that some parents are “bored” too, of trying to find ways to entertain their children while they are trying to get work done!

Are You Using Your Trampoline Even More?

If you’re new to trampoline ownership or are still in the research phases for an in-ground or an above ground trampoline here are a few things to keep in mind.

  1. Buy the highest quality you can afford. A high quality, well-made in-ground or above ground trampoline will keep you safer and will also last longer than lower quality, inexpensive models.
  2. There needs to be ample headspace in the area you are placing your trampoline. There should be no overhead branches, roofs or other potential crash injury structures.
  3. Inspect the springs, bolts, pads and jump mat regularly. You need to make sure the pads are completely covering the springs. The springs need to be viable and not rusted or coming loose. The jump mat needs to also be inspected for any rips or tears.
  4. Check the safety net to make certain it’s secure and that there are no holes.
  5. Make sure there is only one child at a time jumping on the trampoline. You may be able to have more than one if they are the same weight and that they know not to jump too crazily so they bump into one another.
  6. Shoes off! Make sure shoes are off when jumping on the trampoline. Don’t let children or adults wear jewelry or earrings when on the trampoline as they could get snagged on the net or mat and cause an injury.
  7. Make sure the mat is dry. A slippery jump mat will lead to a slip and fall. Dry the mat and use a mat cover when the trampoline is not in use.
